Johnson & Johnson (J&J) has announced its acquisition of Dabao Cosmetics Co., a Chinese cosmetics company based in Beijing. The deal is for a reported 2.3 billion yuan (US$ 298 million ). Dabao Cosmetics Co. is one of the largest cosmetics company in China. Dabao's acquisition will reportedy allow J&J's to break into the Chinese market.
