One/Size has launched the Turn Up The Base Beauty Blur Balm—a foundation formulated with white rose stem cells, skin-mimicking technology and avocado and mango butters to blur texture, balance oil and boost hydration. It follows the launch of Turn Up The Base Versatile Powder Foundation in April 2021.

Turn Up The Base is intended to provide a buildable, soft matte that is intended to improve skin texture with all-day wear, hydration and oil control. It comes in 18 shades and is said to provide 12-hour waterproof and wear protection.
White rose stem cells blur skin and create a petal-soft texture. The brand’s skin-mimicking technology uses Skin-Like Treated Pigments to morph into skin texture for an undetectable finish. The Avocado & Mango Butters help hydrate and nourish to smooth texture.

The cream is intended to apply as whipped cream, transform into a meringue and dry down to a marshmallow feel.
