Pureact TR-L90 (INCI: Sodium Methyl Lauroyl Taurate) is a salt-free and naturally derived anionic surfactant from vegetable sources, making it readily biodegradable. It is compatible with nonionic, anionic and amphoteric surfactants. Unlike most taurates, Pureact TR-L90 is available in flake or chip form. It is also preservative-free, sulfate-free, salt-free and performs well in the presence of oils, making it an ideal ingredient for ultra-mild shampoo and body care formulations.
