The ingredient expands the company's postbiotic actives developed through fermentation technology. Features of the ingredient include:

  • Natural cleansing, soothing and skin barrier protection;
  • Gentle absorption of excess keratin and sebum;
  • Significant reduction in the production of excess sebum;
  • Skin smoothing with notable pore shrinkage.

In tests measuring skin sensitivity and irritation, Lactomaizol showed strong effects in skin soothing and reduced skin redness. Volunteers used a daily face wash containing 20% Lactomaizol for eight weeks.

The data showed that after using the face wash with Lactomaizol, volunteers had a significant reduction in facial skin sensitivity and reduced skin redness, per the company.

Robin Willmann, BioAktive co-founder, commented: "The enthusiasm around Lactomaizol has been overwhelming. Customers, distributors and product testers have consistently praised the product, emphasizing its exceptional benefits. The market reception has been beyond our expectation and we already have a number of projects for Lactomaizol after just a few weeks of promotion."
