Siltech CE-2000 (INCI: Trioctyldodecyl Citrate) offers emolliency, cushion and most importantly, higher pigment dispersion when compared with castor oil, octyldodecanol and polyglyceryl-3 dispersing agents. Its wetting properties make it ideal for sticks and press powders. The active is featured in the company’s transfer-resistant lipstick.
