Silquat CR 4000 (INCI: Dimethicone-PG Diethylammonium Chloride (and) Hexylene Glycol) is a hair conditioner for both clear and opaque 2-in-1 shampoos. It does not decrease the viscosity of shampoos and provides wet comb, dry comb and softness benefits. Additionally, it imparts softness to hair fibers and provides an increase in gloss. Recommended usage level is 0.5-1%.
