Dow Names Specialty Chemicals Exec

The Dow Chemical Company has named Horacio Percossi business vice president for the specialty chemicals business portfolio. He will take his new role during the fourth quarter of 2006. Prior to his appointment, Percossi was the business vice president of Dow Latex. He has spent more than 33 years with Dow in positions from sales to manufacturing. In 1973, Percossi joined the Dow team in Argentina.
