Siltech Names Zhang as Formulating Chemist

Fenbao (David) Zhang, PhD, has joined the Siltech research lab as a personal care formulating chemist. Zhang will be responsible for developing formulations incorporating the company's silicones. With 18 years of experience as a formulating chemist, he also will assist customers with their formulating challenges.
