Uniqema Named Luo Sales Director

Hugh Y. Luo has been appointed sales director for China at Uniqema. He has served in a variety of sales and marketing functions for companies operating in China, and in 2003 became the executive vice president at NCM Hersbit Chemical Co. Ltd. As sales director for Uniqema, Lou will be located in Shanghai, China.
