Avon Undergoing Restructuring

As part of company restructuring, Avon will lay off nearly 900 employees. The company expects to come out of the restructuring with $25 to $30 million in log charges. The restructuring reportedly will cost the cosmetic company close to 500 million. The restructuring may just be working, as Avon's stock in the New York Stock Exchange has risen 4 cents.
