Pilot Chemical Company has launched CalCare 190C (INCI: Not Provided ), a sustainable biosurfactant with a 98.6% renewable carbon index, clear color and stable pH range (3 to 11).

The biosurfactant is intended for shampoo and body wash formulations and works well with other surfactants. It offers excellent foam and lather; is mild on skin and is sulfate-free, per the company.
