Acnesium (INCI: Maltodextrin (and) Punica Granatum Pericarp Extract) is a purified natural active ingredient from SILAB Softcare (SILAB’s department for compromised skin). Developed from pomegranates, it prevents the clinical signs of slight to moderate acne in adults, as shown by reductions in the GEA score and number of lesions.
