Safflower Oil (INCI: Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil) is a light, non-greasy oil that absorbs quickly into the skin and combats rough skin, age spots and more. It is low in saturated fat and high in vitamin E and omega-6 fatty acids.
