The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced it will hold a virtual public meeting/listening session to consult cosmetics manufacturers, including smaller businesses and contract manufacturers, consumer organizations and other experts, to inform them of agency efforts to develop regulations to establish good manufacturing practices for facilities that manufacture or process cosmetic products distributed in the United States.

The session, "Good Manufacturing Practices for Cosmetic Products Listening Session," will be held on June 1, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern time (note the session time has been extended).
