DSM's personal care business unit appointed Parand Salmassinia as regional vice president of personal care in North America, effective April 1. Salmassinia will report to Wilfrid Gambade, president of DSM personal care.
In her new role, Salmassinia will oversee the strategic development and execution of DSM personal care activities in North America. She has more than 19 years of experience in the personal care industry, managing global accounts and projects as well as taking business responsiblities in the Americas.
