Lindsay Hymson Schechter is the director for science and innovation communications at Kenvue, where she is focused on amplifying its innovation narrative. She achieves this by developing and driving thought leadership and communication strategies to elevate the company's scientific expertise and product pipeline with key external stakeholders, while also engaging and energizing Kenvue consumers around the world. She additionally provides strategic communications counsel to Kenvue’s Chief Scientific Officer Caroline Tillett.
Hymson Schechter previously served as director for investor relation communications, where she developed the financial narrative for Kenvue used to build and educate its investment community throughout the IPO process. She also led the communication activations surrounding Kenvue’s listing day at the New York Stock Exchange.
Prior to Kenvue, Hymson Schechter served as the director of global finance communications, leading executive communications for Johnson & Johnson’s chief financial officer and investor relations communications. She started as a brand consultant for Johnson & Johnson’s Consumer Health sector in 2015, after which she held various positions of increasing responsibility. Preceding her time there, she led the communications department for TAG Heuer, an LVMH company, and worked with iconic brands such as Lancôme, L’Oreal, Avon, Elizabeth Arden and Burt’s Bees throughout her time at NYC-based PR agencies.
Hymson Schechter is a native New Yorker and received her B.A. from Hofstra University.
