On March 17, 2026, Givaudan Active Beauty announced the launch of VectorHyal, a new skin delivery system based on hyaluronic acid. The new technology combines advanced encapsulation science with hyaluronic acid to deliver enhanced efficacy and superior stability.

“VectorHyal is more than just a delivery system; it’s a true platform for innovation,” said Dmitri Colesnic, head of delivery systems at Givaudan Active Beauty. “It empowers brands to push the boundaries of formulation science, elevate consumer experiences and explore new possibilities through a single, versatile system.”

According to the company’s press release, VectorHyal accommodates both hydrophilic and lipophilic active ingredients and enables precise release of encapsulated molecules upon contact with skin enzymes. The HA-based chassis offers enhanced performance, controlled release, elevated stability and unique sensoriality. Further, the company boasts a “fully customizable solution for today’s formulation challenges.”

Givaudan Active Beauty will be showcasing VectorHyal at in-cosmetics Global 2026 in Paris, France.
