Unilever has announced it is acquiring hair care brand K18Terms of the deal were not disclosed and the transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2024.

The brand was founded in 2020 by Suveen Sahib and Britta Cox.

Earlier this month, Kline tapped the brand among the 25 beauty brand most ripe for acquisition. The brand's Hair Mask was among the most-Googled products of 2023.
