ICCR is a voluntary international group of cosmetics regulatory authorities from the United States, Japan, the European Union, Canada and Brazil. The ICCR members work together toward convergence of cosmetic regulatory policies and practices.

The FDA encourages members of the public to present proposals for future ICCR agenda items, and/or data, information, or views on pending issues orally or in writing at the public meeting. The meeting will take place at the Harvey H. Wiley Federal Building, 5100 Paint Branch Parkway, Auditorium (first floor), College Park, MD., from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Registration information is available in the Federal Register Notice.
