Grand Brands Purchases Lander

Grand Brands LLC, a brand licensing company, has purchased the Lander product line. In 2008, Ascendia Brands Inc. ceased operations of the brand when it filed for bankruptcy. According to Grand Brands, it is positioned to preserve and strengthen the brand.

The brand's products will be made in the United States by a contract manufacturer based in Grand Rapids, Mich., USA.
