Procedure: Heat A and B separately to 80ºC until homogeneous. While stirring A with a homogenizer at 3,000 rpm, add B to A and emulsify (4,500 rpm, for 8 min when carried out on a 300-g scale). While stirring AB with a mixer, add C and D. While stirring ABC with a paddle mixer, cool to 35ºC.
