Biocogent, LLC has announced the launch of Volpura EPO (INCI: Not Provided), an advancement in anti-aging skin care technology.
Derived from Echinacea purpurea, this botanical extract offers a solution to combat the signs of aging by supporting the skin's natural plumping processes, targeting wrinkles and sagging from within to restore fuller, more youthful-looking skin, per the company.

Volpura EPO can be incorporated into a wide range of applications, including hot pour and hot cast products such as lipsticks, lip balms and lip glosses. It offers proven efficacy and stability at elevated temperatures up to 85°C, per the company.
Clinical studies have demonstrated the effects of Volpura EPO on the skin. By stimulating adipocytes (fat cells) and upregulating fat production by up to five times through activation of the adipogenesis master regulator, PPAR-γ, Volpura EPO delivers plumping and firming effects.
