Conditioning Pearlescent Shampoo

A.
Water (aqua), 35.4%
Glycerin, 12.5%
Sodium lauryl sulfate (30% active), 20.0%
Carbomer, 1.0% 
Quaternium-15, 2.0% 
Polyquaternium-10, 2.5%

B.
Cocamide MEA, 10.0% 
Propylene glycol, 5.0% 
Ethanol (95%), 7.5% 
FD&C Blue#1, 1.0% 
Fragrance (parfum), 1.5%

C.
Glyceryl stearate, 1.5%

D.
NaCl, 0.10%

Procedure: Heat A to 75ºC. Combine B at 30ºC. Cool batch to 25ºC and add remaining phases.
