Soliance has added two sales staff and one customer service representative while promoting an additional sales member to its US subsidiary, Soliance US LLC. Joining the subsidiary will be Victor J. Zubb, chief operating officer and vice president of sales; Johanna Gigliotti, East Coast sales manager and Gina Demeo, customer service representative. Paolo Marchesi has been promoted to the subsidiary's executive sales director, as Zubb will assume his prior role.
Zubb has been involved in the industry for 16 years in multiple roles, most recently as international distribution manager for personal care ingredients at the HallStar Company. Marchesi joined Soliance in late 2005 as export area manager for the United States, Western Europe and Asia. He was appointed vice president of sales and chief operating officer of Soliance US LLC when it was formed in 2008. Before joining Soliance, Marchesi worked for Arkema and Elementis Specialties. He is a member of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists and the Societe Francaise de Cosmotologie (SFC).
