Givaudan has plans to grow its cosmetic active portfolio with the acquisition of Soliance SA and its subsidiary. Soliance will become an integral part of Givaudan’s Fragrance Division and bring significant contributions over the next few years in the cosmetic actives business, particularly in R&D.
According to Givaudan, Soliance is known for identifying natural molecules, which will bring value to its partners, customers and their consumers. In a company press resease, Givaudan noted, "We are committed to ensure a smooth transition process that will not impact our collaboration with your company."
The acquisition will take place over the next few months.
