Floratech Opens Consumer Testing Laboratory

Floratech has opened a new 1,200 square foot Consumer Testing Laboratory. The lab reportedly was designed to clinically evaluate the efficacy of Floratech ingredients and products on skin, hair and nails.

The facility houses a climate controlled bioinstrumental testing suite and a clinical photography studio in addition to a salon set up for the evaluation of ingredients and finished formulations for hair. The lab will be managed by Lawrence A. Rheins, PhD, vice president of science and technology for Floratech.
