Ciba Manufactures Pigments and Additive in China

Ciba Specialty Chemicals is planning to add another manufacturing facility in
Qingdao, China. The company has said that it will build a high-performance pigments and additives plant in Qingdao, where the company currently has a pigments plant. The company has reportedly signed an agreement with Qingdao authorities to begin construction in early 2008.
