Colonial Chemical has launched a redesigned www.colonialchem.com, with functions and benefits that make it easier to search for ingredients. The redesigned Web site features dropdown menus and clear product categories, improving the customer's navigation.
Customers also are able to request literature, samples or more information directly from the site by selecting “forms.” If the product needed is not produced by the company, customers and sales representatives can fill out a form for a lab work request, also under “forms”.
The sales network page gives potential customers the ability to quickly connect with a sales representative in their area. The company has also added a contact us page, found under the "company” tab, where contact names and e-mails are given.
