Procter & Gamble (P&G) announced the acquisition of the Zirh, a male grooming brand founded in 1995.

According to P&G, the acquisition supports its effort to become the world's premier male grooming company. P&G recently added the Art of Shaving to its men's grooming portfolio which includes Gillette, Old Spice, Braun and a collection of male fine fragrances.

Zirh recently debuted a natural line of men's grooming products. The companies have yet to comment on how the acquisition will affect R&D.
