Deacom Joins the PCPC

Software producter Deacom Inc. has joined the Personal Care Products Council (PCPC), formerly the Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association, to aid cosmetics and personal care product manufacturers in efficiently and effectively developing and selling safe, high quality, and innovative goods.
