Contipro Renames Subsidiaries to Reflect Materials

Contipro Group s.r.o. is changing the names of its subsidiaries to better reflect the materials they produce. As of Jan. 1, 2012, Contipro C, a.s., the company's active pharmaceutical ingredient subsidiary, will become Contipro Pharma a.s., while CPN spol. s r.o., its producer of anti-aging active ingredients, is set to become Contipro Biotech s.r.o.
