Brenntag to Distribute Biovelop's Oat Beta Glucan

Swedish oat supplier Biovelop AB has signed an agreement with Brenntag Specialties to distribute Avenacare (INCI: Oat Beta Glucan), Biovelop's liquid oat beta glucan that provides anti-aging and anti-irritant benefits in skin and hair care. Under the agreement, Brenntag will distribute the oat ingredient in the United States.

The distribution partnership allows Biovelop to break into the US personal care market. Meanwhile, Brenntag looks forward to adding the multifunctional ingredient to its portfolio.
