Aquea Scientific Receives Popular Science Award

Aquea Scientific has received the Grand Award in the Personal Health from Popular Science in its annual "Best of What's New" issue for 2007. Aquea Scientific was chosen for its Wash On technology, in which sunscreens are washed on the face via a facial wash.

The editors of the magazine selected the Wash On over some truly incredible technological achievements such as the first artificial lung and the first bionic hand. The Wash On technology was the winner of Cosmetic & Toiletries magazine's New Technology Award in 2006. The technology is incorporated in Freeze 24-7's Ice Shield Facial Cleanser with Sunscreen SPF15.
