Sensory Guide for Natural Oils

Seatons, the natural oil specialist subsidiary of Croda International Plc, has launched a sensory guide to aid formulation chemists. According to the company, the guide was created based on the premise that all natural oils have a unique set of physical and sensory properties.
For the guide, dozens of the company's oils were characterized for their performance on skin and physical properties. In addition to moisturizing and emollient properties, the oils reportedly also offer other unique characteristics.
Copies of the guide are available from Seatons or via Croda representatives.
