Erythrulose and DHA Self-tanning Compound

Spec-chem Industry Inc. has launched a self-tanning solution. Tanbest 8810 (INCI: Erythrulose (and) 1,3 Dihydroxyacetone) is comprised of 20±2% erythrulose and 55±2% dihydroxyacetone. It imparts a homogenous, soothing and long-lasting tan, but does not result in an orange effect.

The compound does not have an odor and does not dry the skin. It is supplied as a light yellow, highly viscous liquid. The self-tan compound is recommended at 1–5% in self-tanning creams and lotions, cream foundations and bronzing creams.
