Nanotech Company Launches New Skin Care Products

Beyond Skin Science, creator of NanoChem, a proprietary skin care technology, announced the launch of skin care products using nanotechnology. According to the company, the formulations are based on ingredient particles that are 100,000 times smaller than the width of a human hair and that are able to bond with the skin to make it stronger and healthier.

The company cites Mark Ratner, Ph.D., author of Nanotechnology, A Gentle Introduction to the Next Big Idea, as stating that nanotechnology is the fastest growing industry in history with predictions of reaching US$1.2 trillion by 2015. Nanotechnology reportedly is being applied to everything from paint to fabrics, from cancer research to military armor. In response, that company says it saw the impact it could have on anti-aging and skin repair products and continues to focus on developments that further its research findings.

By using its NanoChem process, the performance of the ingredients and their results are claimed to be improved. The Eternalis Advanced Skin Care System is a system of products that work together to balance and improve the skin. These formulations are said to allow ingredients to work at a higher level of potency, effectively balancing and re-hydrating the skin, increasing collagen production, and leaving the skin younger looking, healthier and more radiant.
