While AI is still developing, it has begun to offer tools, largely in data management, in the cosmetic science industry.

AI and other digital tools allow formulators to test out products prior to actually fully developing them, saving significant time and resources. Yet these tools are not perfect, and do have the potential to create false data that would not be reflected in a physical formulation.
