Hill Top Research has appointed Barrie Keiser as its chief executive officer. Before his appointment, Keiser was the corporate vice president of Allegiance Healthcare and the president of the company's southwest regional company. Keiser has also held positions at ValueLink and DW Healthcare Partners.
