First Woman Head for Lancôme International

Odile Roujol has begun her new position as managing director of Lancôme International at L'Orêal. Roujol’s predecessor Marc Dubrule, will become director of strategic development for the beauty giant’s luxury products division, which is a newly created position. According to the company, Roujol will be the first woman to head Lancôme International.

Roujol has been with Lancôme for 10 years, her most recent position being deputy general manager of Lancôme’s international business. In statements made to Women’s Wear Daily, Roujol has said that she would like to maintain the bond of trust and sense of elegance established by the brand’s spokesmodels. She also stated that she is excited to assume the role.
