Origins Co-founder and President Leaves Company

Daria Myers has announced that she is leaving her position as president of Origins, a brand of the Estée Lauder Companies. Myers has spent 31 years with the Estée Lauder Companies . She originally joined the company with the Aramis brand and moved on to launch Origins in 1989.

She left Origins to take a position as as senior vice president of global marketing, creative and product development at Aveda, but returned as president of the brand. In 2007, Myers fueled the launch of Origins Organics.

Estée Lauder will announce the individual to take Myers' position in the upcoming months. Myers reportedly will remain with the company in an advisory capacity.
