The HallStar Company announced Richard Trojan joined its senior management team as its new vice president of human resources and corporate services, a position responsible for the company’s human resources, regulatory affairs, quality assurance and safety divisions. Trojan replaces Keith Carlson, who is retiring.

Before joining HallStar, Trojan served as vice president of human resources for Videojet Technologies, a subsidiary of Danaher Corporation, and prior to that, worked in the Sanford division of Newell Rubbermaid, as well as for Caterpillar, Inc.

In a press release from the company, HallStar’s chairman, president and CEO John Paro said, “Rich has an innovative background in both human resources and operations management that makes him a valuable asset to TeamHall.
