Neil J. Katz, chairman and CEO of Parlux Fragrances Inc. has been elected to the Cosmetic, Toiletry, and Fragrance Association's Board of Directors. Katz has had an extensive career in the beauty industry, including his prior positions as president of Liz Claiborne Cosmetics and president of Revlon Beauty Care Division. Katz previously served on the CTFA Board of Directors from 1995 to 2002.
CTFA has approximately 600 member companies. Active members are manufacturers and distributors of finished products.
