Croda Breaks Ground for New Reactor

Croda marked the beginning of construction of a new reactor investment project and the opening of the new utilities infrastructure at its site in Chocques, England, with a ground-breaking ceremony.

The focus of the project is an increase in capacity at the site by more than 20% when it becomes fully operational in early 2017. The additional capacity will allow Croda to meet demand for surfactants and improve the flexibility of production across the site.

The new utilities infrastructure is designed to improve efficiency, reliability and sustainability performance.
