One week remains for submissions to the Cosmetics & Toiletries R&D Awards—Asia. After years of success in Europe, Cosmetics & Toiletries has expanded its R&D awards program to the booming Asian market, and will present the first-ever Cosmetics & Toiletries R&D Awards—Asia this November at In-cosmetics Asia in Bangkok.
"Our R&D Awards aim to recognize compelling innovation in raw material and finished cosmetic product development," explained Rachel Grabenhofer, editor, Cosmetics & Toiletries. "They were a big hit in Paris, Milan and Barcelona, and with much of the industry's growth focused in the East, it makes sense to expand our program in parallel; to recognize the same ingenuity in launches targeted to this region."
She explained that the Asia awards, presented in collaboration with Reed Exhibitions (organizers of In-cosmetics Asia) are unique in that they will honor one new raw material and one new finished product launched specifically for the Asian market. In contrast, the awards presented in Europe will maintain their international focus.

Cosmetics & Toiletries is also accepting submissions for its Cosmetics & Toiletries R&D Awards to be presented at In-Cosmetics Paris in 2013.
