Specialty chemicals distributor Azelis has launched a corporate rebranding program to unite its varoius companies under one name, starting on Jan. 1, 2011. After nearly 10 years of acquisitions, the company has determined that a united name, visual identity and brand promise would better represent its strengths and business focus.
The following companies will all be renamed as Azelis: Interland Chemie B.V.; Europeroxydes SAS; Arnaud Česká s.r.o.; Arnaud Magyarorszag Kft.; Broste SIA; Arnaud Polska Sp. Z.o.o.; Azelis LL Rus; Arnaud Slovensko s.r.o.; Arnaud Ukraine LLC; Kraemer & Martin GmbH; Thorson Chemical; Kraemer & Martin Pharma Handels-GmbH; Meister AG; Heinz Schlegel AG; Broste A/S; Brøste Industri A/S; Bröste OY; Brøste AS; Bröste AB; Chemlog S.r.l.; Seward Corporation S.L.; Impex Química S.A.; Arnaud Hellas; Arnaud Romania Chemicals SRL; Chance & Hunt Limited; Broste Limited and S. Black Limited.
As part of the rebranding, the company is also slightly changing its logo with a vibrant color palette reflecting the new tag line, “Refreshing Chemical Distribution” to distinguish the company’s international business areas. These visual changes will become apparent early in the New Year with the launch of a new website, brochures, signage and stationery.
