French and US Companies Band Together for Product Development Venture

A group of French and US companies have joined together to form a collaborative venture that addresses all aspects of cosmetic product  and home product development. Correspondance Paris-New York, headquartered in New York, will offer a range of services including: product development, formulation, marketing, brand building, creative design, packaging and manufacturing.

The venture was formed reportedly to facilitate the product development process. “Through our experience as owners of isolated companies, we recognized how daunting, costly, and time consuming this method could be for the client, and we decided to join together to facilitate the process. We chose not to focus on the recession: instead, we are seeing a rebirth—a dramatic shift in the paradigm of how business, not just in beauty and fragrance, but in all of corporate America, is conducted,” said Laetitia Longuefosse, director of marketing and sales for the venture, in a press release.

The companies represented in the venture include: Allure Packaging, AMI Consulting Group, Bougies La Française/Devineau Group, J&E Sozio Inc., Marc Benhamou Creative 360º, Novapac Laboratories, Power Packaging Services, Inc., and Zmuda Group Inc.

Product formulations developed and manufactured at Correspondance will be headed by Jean-Marc Perez, founder and president of Novapac Laboratories. Perez has been in cosmetics manufacturing for over 30 years, and he has formulated products for Bliss, Clarisea, Clinique, Face Stockholm, Mineral Care, Peter Thomas Roth, Red Flower, and The Laundress.
