This year’s in-cosmetics North America has added a variety of new programs aimed at supporting the indie brand sector.
These include Talk to the Indies, an initiative which will take place both days and give brand owners the opportunity to meet suppliers and consultants. A dedicated session on Oct. 17 will cover major challenges facing indie brands, such as distribution, reaching consumers and upcoming trends.
Speed networking sessions held Oct. 18 will offer suppliers a chance to speak to representatives from indie brands who have signed up for the initiative. This opportunity is open to all exhibitors.

Other highlights of in-cosmetics North America include a formulation lab; sensory and makeup bars; an innovation zone; the event’s formulation challenge; focus on marketing tours; and a two-day educational program featuring marketing trends and technical seminars.
“We can’t wait to bring the show back to North America for our third edition and introduce the new elements we have been developing. The Talk to the Indies programme answers a demand, particularly in this region of the world, and we look forward to watching it unfold,” said Daniel Zanetti, exhibition director of in-cosmetics North America. “We have extensively polled exhibitors and visitors alike to understand exactly what they want from our events and – with interactivity being key – we expect in-cosmetics North America 2018 to be a big hit. The show will provide unrivaled educational value and networking and business opportunities.”
in-cosmetics North America will take place Oct. 17-18, 2018, at the Javits Center in New York City.
