The ingredient was combined in different ratios of butylene glycol into a serum and applied to the skin of volunteers in order to evaluate the proteins efficacy. Panelists also rated a serum containing PVP. The serum was allowed to dry for 10 minutes. Volunteers reported the highest skin tightness in serum containing a 5:2 ration of Omni-Smooth and butylene glycol.
