Sederma has introduced a tightening active of vegetable origin. Dynalift (INCI: not provided) forms an invisible, stretching film on the surface of the skin to provide an immediate and durable tightening effect (see Figure 1). A clinical study was conducted on 23 panelists of the average age of 50, with an application of a serum containing 7% of the active. After 65 min., the tightening and smoothing effects were confirmed with various evaluation techniques (see Figure 2).
The tightening and film-forming effect of the active is said to provide significantly smooth micro- and macro-relief. Immediately after application and after 1 hr, the micro-depressionary network became less visible (5 min: -55%; 1 hr: -62%) and wrinkles decreased by more than 23%.
