Procedure: Combine A in a vessel with mixing and heat to 75-80°C. In a separate vessel, combine B and heat to 75-80°C until completely liquid with continuous mixing. Once B has melted and both A and B are at 75-80°C, add C to B with mixing, then add BC to A. Batch will thicken. Cool batch to 60°C. In a separate vessel, combine D with mixing. At 60°C, add D to batch. Cool batch to 40°C, then add E in order with mixing. Add F to batch with continued mixing. Allow emulsion to cool to RT while mixing. pH: 6.04 ± 0.5; Viscosity: 30,500 cps ± 10% (RVT Spindle TC @ 10 RPM, 25°C).
